Professional email is not part of the Midcrowd subscription today. No mail provider is connected and no mailbox can be created. The terms below are published so that the arrangement is on record if and when it is offered; nothing on the pricing page or in the product advertises it.

How it would work

Midcrowd does not run mail servers. Mailboxes are provided by a third-party mail provider. Midcrowd stores addresses, status and quota only — never mailbox passwords and never message content.

If your subscription ends

Mailboxes are suspended rather than deleted immediately, so you have time to export your mail.
