Who sells to the buyer
You sell directly to your buyer. Midcrowd provides the storefront and connects your payment account; it is not a party to the sale.
Payments and commission
Payments are processed by Stripe into your connected account. Midcrowd takes a platform commission on each sale. The rate applied to a payment is recorded on that payment and does not change afterwards.
Refunds, disputes and negative balances
You are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling refunds, and responding to disputes. If refunds or disputes take your balance negative, you remain liable for the shortfall.
